The oldest member of this Nashville four-piece is only 18, yet their full-length self-titled album (out June 6) proves that these kids are definitely punk beyond their years.

Combining three-chord power punk and blistering vocals with the occasional softer melody, Be Your Own Pet has managed to completely avoid the bubblegum pop punk sound that's typical for younger punk bands. The result is an album that's fun, fast and nearly flawless.
