Revealing a bit of my bias, I love looking at pictures of old punk bands as much as I love listening to them. That being said, it wouldn't take much for me to think a large hardcover collection of old punk photos was pretty good. However, Holly George-Warren's Punk 365 is so comprehensive that it goes from pretty good to great.

It's the book's scope and range that makes it so good. Of course she has managed to include all the bands you expected to see, but she also included the ones you wanted to see as well as the ones you sort of hoped would be in there. There are also quite a few unexpected choices, which makes it even more fun.
