SXSW 2011

Sure, a boom fell on the crowd at OMD, riot police maced the crowd at Death From Above and Bene Weasel, well, he punched a girl. But the fact is that there was a lot of really great punk rock at SXSW this year. From the return of the Skatenigs to the Japanese madness of Pellander-Z to the superstar battle royale of lineups on the Ditrnap roster, the year bodes well for music from all over the world.
