On July 14, 2009, FBI agents arrested musician, filmmaker and FSU founder Elgin Nathan James on a federal extortion charge. It's alleged that James extorted $5,000 from a member of the band Mest, related to incidents that took place on the 2005 Vans Warped Tour.
