Missing two essentials
- Most of what you've got are worthy contenders (Pogues????!!!!). BUT, if you're going to include Stooges and MC 5 as punk precursors, how can you fail to include "White Light White Heat" by the Velvet Underground who inspired THEM???? Then, no list is complete if it neglects to include "Blank Generation" by Richard Hell and the Void-oids. I mean, he was the first to rip his tee-shirts!!! (Or, actually, that was his girlfriend who ripped his shirt before a gig....)

- Lose Op Ivy, Misfits , and Pogues(although The Pogues are a great band)!! What about The Fall?? Great that you included The Minutemen!! Double Nickels is just plain influential to any genre of music!!
