Anti-Flag?

Seriously? One of the only legit punk bands and they don't make it? Can't call it a good list

Nice list

Good standing list but I would have put in it "Daisy" from Brand New too =)
—Guest T2000

Your list makes me cringe.

Half this stuff isn't punk, iwrestledabearonce isnt even grindcore dude. Also no riverdales album? Disappointing.

Green Day

Green day really on a punk list? they really haven't been punk in a really long time..I think Coaster should be a little higher on the list, but not bad all in all.

Best Albums of 2009

1. Green Day "21st Century Breakdown"-Now I'm not digging the new Green Day as much as there earlier stuff, but at least there not putting out the same damn album every 2 or 3 years or so. This album sounds like if members of The Clash, The Who, Queen, and Husker Du would have sounded if they started a band together. 2. New Found Glory "Not Without a Fight"-New Found Glory never ceases to impress me. They put out the perfect mix of melodic hardcore and punk creating an influential fusion that is giving birth to bands such as Set Your Goals and Four Year Strong. 3. Gallows "Grey Britain"- The Gallows are the one of the absolutely best live bands I have ever seen and there album Grey Britain (although not as good as Orchestra of Wolves) is going to be an influential album for new upcoming hardcore punk rock bands. Gallows is one the only spit in your face, fist pumping punk rock bands around. There was many more great albums this year though, I think 2010 will be a bigger year though

krieg krieg krieg

this is quite possibly the worst list ive ever seen. i love the riverboat gamblers but that albnum blew ass. same with poetry of the deed, not his best by a long shot.
